What is CapSealer™?

CapSealer™ is a flexible seal that you place over the opening of a screw-top bottle before replacing the cap. It molds around the threaded neck of the bottle to create a leak-proof barrier — perfect for travel, gym bags, checked luggage, and more.

How does it work?

Simply place the seal over the bottle opening, then screw the cap back on. As the cap tightens, the flexible seal molds around the threads and creates a tight, custom fit that prevents leaks.

What size bottles does it fit?

Each seal is 2.5 inches (approx. 63mm) in diameter — larger than most standard bottle openings. It works by extending over the threaded neck and molding to it, so it fits most standard screw-top and disc-top/flip-top bottles.

Is CapSealer™ reusable?

Because the seal molds to the specific threads of your bottle, it works best when left on the same bottle. It is not designed for repeated reuse across different bottles. Over time and with repeated cap removal, the seal will wear and should be replaced. That’s why stocking up with a 25-Pack or 50-Pack is great value for frequent travelers!

What types of bottles does it work with?

CapSealer™ works with most standard screw-top and disc-top/flip-top bottles including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, sunscreen, cosmetics, oils, and lubricants. It is not intended for pump-type bottles.

Is it TSA-friendly?

Yes! CapSealer™ is a simple physical seal with no liquids or electronics — completely TSA-friendly for carry-on and checked luggage.

How many seals do I need?

One seal per bottle. We recommend using a fresh seal for each bottle you want to protect. The 25-Pack is great for a trip or two, while the 50-Pack is ideal for frequent travelers or families.

What’s the difference between the 25-Pack and 50-Pack?

Same great seal — just more of them! The 50-Pack offers better value per seal and means you’ll always have extras on hand.
